Upcoming: Il Palio

Two months to go until the Palio in honour of Madonna di Provenzano on July 2nd. The Palio di Siena will be run again on August 16th, in honour of the Assumption of Mary.

I will of course be cheering for the contrada Oca (the Goose), where I stayed for my first Palio.
